JW uses FiveDimes that has these kinds of lines,
presently at +1/2 -151. Risk 302 to win 200.

Or you could chance it on the ML -1/2 +190 at
Olympic, with greater risk for a greater payout. Risking 300 to win 570.

Alternately you could bet on both the win and the draw at Oly. For example 150 on the win at +190 and 150 on the draw at +215. But you lose a lot of the value this way.
